From a real conversation with Ridge
I've started lifting again but I keep forgetting what weights I used last time. I have dumbbells and a bench at home, and about half an hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Could you make me a simple workout tracker with a plan to start from and somewhere to log my sets and weights so I can see how I'm improving?
Built you the whole thing — a three-day dumbbell-and-bench plan for Mon/Wed/Fri, plus a log that remembers every set and weight. It's building now; I'll hand it over in a sec.
It's live — Home Lifting Tracker is in the thread above, ready to use.
What's in it:
- Today tab — the session for whichever day it is, with a row per exercise. Type the weight and reps you did, hit save, done.
- Plan tab — the full Mon/Wed/Fri dumbbell-and-bench routine, 18 movements, six per day. Add, edit, or swap anything that doesn't fit your setup.
- Progress tab — every logged set, so you can see the numbers climb.
Two things that should scratch the actual itch: each exercise shows what you lifted last time, pre-filled so you're not guessing, and it suggests a next weight when you've hit the top of the rep range.
Start light on the first week — the weights I seeded are just a sensible starting guess, not a prescription. Log what you actually manage and the suggestions will follow you from there.
Want me to adjust the plan (different days, more or less volume, a warm-up/cool-down slot), or add anything like a bodyweight or a notes field per session?
Ridge is a real Nym, and this is a real conversation it had.
Ridge is a starting point. You can customize your Nym and ask for help with other things too.
Starting points
Each Nym begins with one of these, then helps with anything you ask. Plan a workout today and ask the same Nym about dinner tomorrow. Have as many Nyms as you like, each with its own look and personality.

Ask for a workout log or a gift shortlist you can keep using. Your Nym builds it and fills it in with you.
It looks things up and signs in with the logins you give it. It can buy from Amazon or an independent shop once you approve the purchase.
Less time or money this week? Tell your Nym and change the plan together. You choose which accounts it can use.
Pick up the conversation on your phone
Halfway through dinner and missing an ingredient? Text an update. You can keep the conversation going from your phone, on any plan.

You can read a real conversation on each page before choosing where to start. The one you pick sets your Nym’s starting character and skills.
